释义	法律分析: 犯罪嫌疑人自愿如实供述自己的罪行，对犯罪事实没有异议，自愿在辩护人或者值班律师的见证下签署具结书的，对符合刑罚裁量条件的适格犯罪嫌疑人，可以作出酌定不起诉处理。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百七十三条犯罪嫌疑人没有犯罪事实，或者有本法第十五条规定的情形之一的，人民检察院应当作出不起诉决定。对于犯罪情节轻微，依照刑法规定不需要判处刑罚或者免除刑罚的，人民检察院可以作出不起诉决定。
