释义	法律分析：不会被判刑，我国刑法规定，法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑；法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。通俗地说，就是“法无明文规定不为罪，法无明文规定不处罚”。也就是说恶意躲避债务虽然是一种违法行为，但我国刑事法律并未明确规定其为犯罪行为，因此，不能认为是犯罪，也不能被处以刑事处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三条法律明文规定为犯罪行为的，依照法律定罪处刑；法律没有明文规定为犯罪行为的，不得定罪处刑。
