释义	法律分析：根据我国未成年人保护法、劳动法以及相关法律法规的规定，我国法定用工年龄为16周岁。但已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人，不可以从事过重、有毒又或者是有害等危险工作，其他一般工作可以从事。未满16周岁从事劳动的未成年人称为童工。法律依据：《中华人民共和国未成年人保护法》第四章第三十八条任何组织或者个人不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人，国家另有规定的除外。已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人，不得从事过重、有毒、有害等危险工作。
