释义	找楼上业主，如果楼上业主确因装修或铺设水管造成楼下住户“受水”，楼上住户应及时查找漏水原因并进行维修，还应当就其不当行为给楼下住户造成的损害承担赔偿责任。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百九十六条不动产权利人因用水、排水、通行、铺设管线等利用相邻不动产的,应当尽量避免对相邻的不动产权利人造成损害。第一千一百六十五条行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益造成损害的,应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错,行为人不能证明自己没有过错的,应当承担侵权责任。
