就业证明影响应届生身份吗

法律分析：不影响。并且就业证明对报考公务员和事业单位也没有影响，在毕业之前一定是应届生，在毕业之后的两年择业期内，只要不签署三方协议和劳动合同都能算是应届毕业生。
法律依据：《就业服务与就业管理规定》 第六条 劳动者依法享有自主择业的权利。劳动者年满16周岁，有劳动能力且有就业愿望的，可凭本人身份证件，通过公共就业服务机构、职业中介机构介绍或直接联系用人单位等渠道求职。
