在工地上班应该怎么办理居住证 |

公民若在工地上班，若需要办理居住证，是需要提供本人有效的身份证原件，租赁合同，单位出具的相关单位证明等资料到居住地所属居住地公安派出所或者受公安机关委托的社区服务机构申请办理的。
居住证是中国一些发达城市借鉴发达国家“绿卡”制度进行的尝试，为中国制定技术移民办法，最终形成中国国家“绿卡”制度积累了经验。持有居住证者，可享受当地居民的待遇。
申领方式：
1、暂住在本市居（农）户内的，由办证人或户主，向暂住地派出所申办《暂住证》；
2、暂住在出租（出借）房屋内的，由办证人或房主，向暂住地派出所申办《暂住证》；
3、暂住在机关、团体、部队、企事业单位和建筑工地内的人员，由留住单位专职或兼职暂住人口户籍管理负责人到属地派出所集体申办《暂住证》；
4、暂住在宾馆、饭店、招待所等旅馆业单位，应申领《暂住证》的人员，由店方向所在地派出所集体申办《暂住证》。

第八条
公安机关负责居住证的申领受理、制作、发放、签注等证件管理工作。居民委员会、村民委员会、用人单位、就读学校以及房屋出租人应当协助做好居住证的申领受理、发放等工作。第九条申领居住证，应当向居住地公安派出所或者受公安机关委托的社区服务机构提交本人居民身份证、本人相片以及居住地住址、就业、就读等证明材料。
