释义	依照《劳动合同法》的规定，用人单位应当按照合同约定和法律规定，向劳动者及时，平等，足额的支付劳动报酬。员工工作一天可获得一天的工资，缺勤一天公司可不支付当天工资，但公司规定不对等的扣了三天的工资，就涉嫌非法克扣工资，即便在公司规定的制度符合法律程序，但因为内容明显免除了用人单位支付劳动者报酬的法定义务，该制度违法且无效。
