释义	法律分析: 离婚房子贷款的变更方式：如果房产是夫妻共同财产的，只要二人在财产分割协议中就房子贷款人的变更达成一致意见，那么银行会同意二人的变更行为，并依法为其办理贷款合同变更手续。但是在办理手续时，银行一般会要求双方到场，只有一方到场的，银行对于变更手续则依法不予办理。《中国银行房地产开发贷款管理办法（试行）》第十七条借款人和保证人发生隶属关系、性质、名称、地址等变更时，应提前30天通知贷款人，并与贷款人重新签订借款合同修正文本和贷款保证合同文本。
