释义	法律分析：放弃遗产继承可以用口头方式或者书面方式,只要通知到其它继承人即可。放弃房屋继承应当在房屋遗产处理之前作出。当事人在办理房屋遗产公证的时候,是需要本人去公证处处理的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百二十四条继承开始后,继承人放弃继承的,应当在遗产处理前,以书面形式作出放弃继承的表示;没有表示的,视为接受继承。受遗赠人应当在知道受遗赠后六十日内,作出接受或者放弃受遗赠的表示;到期没有表示的,视为放弃受遗赠。
