释义	所谓无效婚姻是指建立婚姻关系的双方当事人违反婚姻法的有关规定，履行法定的结婚登记程序而建立的婚姻关系，也就是说，是指欠缺婚姻成立的法定条件而不发生法律效力的违法婚姻，就是法律不予承认和保护的婚姻。根据《婚姻法》第十条的规定，无效婚姻的情形有以下几种： (一)重婚的; (二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系的; (三)婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的; (四)未到法定婚龄的。
