释义	会。未提前30天申请离职走了不会扣工资，劳动者以任何方式离职单位都不得克扣其工资。但如果劳动者没有提前申请离职的行为给单位造成损失的，单位可以要求劳动者赔偿。如果劳动者对赔偿有异议的，可以到用人单位所在地的劳动争议仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
