释义	在家庭中负有赡养、抚养和扶养义务的人，对需要赡养、抚养和扶养的人不履行应尽的义务。遗弃情节恶劣的，根据《刑法》第二百六十一条的规定，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制。对遗弃家庭成员，受害人根据《婚姻法》第四十四条的规定提出请求的，人民法院应当依法作出支付扶养费、抚养费、赡养费的判决。
