释义	法律分析：专利权保护从何时开始算起?发明专利权的期限为二十年，实用新型专利权和外观设计专利权的期限为十年，均自申请日起计算。申请日是按照国务院专利行政部门收到专利申请文件之日确定的，如果申请文件是邮寄的，以寄出的邮戳日为申请日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第十一条除专利法第二十八条和第四十二条规定的情形外，专利法所称申请日，有优先权的，指优先权日。本细则所称申请日，除另有规定的外，是指专利法第二十八条规定的申请日。
