释义	不是的。不是必须去当初领结婚证的地方。内地居民自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。如果诉讼离婚的，夫妻一方离开住所地超过一年，另一方起诉离婚的案件，可以由原告住所地人民法院管辖。夫妻双方离开住所地超过一年，一方起诉离婚的案件，由被告经常居住地人民法院管辖;没有经常居住地的，由原告起诉时被告居住地人民法院管辖。法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第十条内地居民自愿离婚的，男女双方应当共同到一方当事人常住户口所在地的婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记。
