释义	律师分析: 赠与人的任意撤销权，是在赠与合同成立后，赠与物交付之前，赠与人得基于自己的意思表示撤销赠与的权利。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人享有任意撤销权，即赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。其目的就是赋予赠与人悔约权，使赠与人不致因考虑欠周而贸然把一些贵重物品无偿给与他人，遭受财产上的损失。但是如果任意撤销不加以一定的条件限制，赠与合同就缺乏应有的约束力，对受赠人也是不公平的。所以各国民法大多为赠与合同的任意撤销设定一定的限制条件。
