释义	棉花经营者销售棉花，必须符合下列要求：(一)每批棉花附有质量凭证；(二)棉花包装、标识符合国家标准；(三)棉花类别、等级、重量与质量凭证、标识相符；(四)经公证检验的棉花，附有公证检验证书，其中国家储备棉还应当粘贴公证检验标志。风险提示：棉花经营者收购棉花时，应当按照国家标准和技术规范，排除异性纤维和其他有害物质后确定所收购棉花的类别、等级、数量；所收购的棉花超出国家规定水分标准的，应当进行晾晒、烘干等技术处理，保证棉花质量。法律依据《棉花质量监督管理条例》第九条
