释义	法律分析：法律约束力是指人们应当按照法律的规定实施一定的行为。法律约束是指依照国家制定的经济法规的法律效力，对企业经济行为产生的制约机能。它是企业约束机制的一种重要手段。经济法规中的法律、法令、条例和规定等，一经依法成立，都具有法律约束力，由国家强制力所保障。企业的生产经营活动，都要承担法律责任，受到法律约束。法律依据：《中华人民共和国标准化法》第三十六条生产、销售、进口产品或者提供服务不符合强制性标准，或者企业生产的产品、提供的服务不符合其公开标准的技术要求的，依法承担民事责任。
