释义	法律分析：使用和备用气瓶应分开放置或用防火墙隔开。使用和备用液化石油气总重量超过一百千克时,应当按要求设置专用气瓶间,气瓶间应靠建筑物外墙设置;总重量小于四百二十千克时,气瓶间可以设置在与用气建筑相邻的单层专用房间内。法律依据：《中华人民共和国消防法》第五条任何单位和个人都有维护消防安全、保护消防设施、预防火灾、报告火警的义务。任何单位和成年人都有参加有组织的灭火工作的义务。
