释义	法律分析：在法院判决之前羁押犯罪嫌疑人的时间是可以折抵刑期的，不过，刑罚的种类主要是管制、拘役、有期徒刑，如果是拘役和有期徒刑的话，羁押1日能折抵刑期一日，被判处的是管制的，按照《中华人民共和国刑法》的规定，羁押一日能折抵刑期两日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十一条管制的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期二日。第四十四条拘役的刑期，从判决执行之日起计算决执行以前先行羁押的，羁押一日折抵刑期一日。
