释义	得看您所住地区的政策，全国只有江苏省享受国家规定产假的基础上，延长产假30天，共享受98+30=128天，明确规定后面的30天延长产假不包括法定节假日。其它省、自治区、直辖市都包括法定节假日，也就是遇法定节假日不顺延。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第七条女职工生育享受九十八天产假，其中产前可以休假十五天；难产的，增加产假十五天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假十五天。女职工怀孕未满四个月流产的，享受十五天产假；怀孕满四个月流产的，享受四十二天产假。
