释义	法律分析：用人单位单方给劳动者降工资的做法是违法的。调整工资水平，必须建立在与劳动者协商并取得劳动者书面同意的基础上，否则，单方将定工资水平属于违反劳动法规定的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。第三十五条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以变更劳动合同约定的内容。变更劳动合同，应当采用书面形式。变更后的劳动合同文本由用人单位和劳动者各执一份。
