释义	工龄是以前的说法。现在规范的说法是：缴交社会保险基金的年限。自己缴纳的社保，退休时也是算工龄的。个人缴交社会保险基金和单位缴交社会保险基金都算是缴交社会保险基金的年限。也就是说，无论是在企业，还是以自由职业者的身份缴纳的养老保险，退休时，都是计算工龄的。目前职工只要缴纳社保，职工的工龄就会以月度为单位记录在社保局。当职工达到法定退休年龄时，工龄符合要求即可领取相应的养老金并享受医疗保险待遇。
