释义	法律分析：需要变更和撤销遗嘱的，只需要重新订立一份新的遗嘱即可。在订立了新的遗嘱之后，原来的遗嘱自然失去效力。但需要注意的是，改遗嘱需要当事人具备完全民事行为能力，否则修改的遗嘱无效，仍以前一份遗嘱为准。法律依据：《民法典》（2021年1月1日生效）第一千一百四十二条遗嘱人可以撤回、变更自己所立的遗嘱。立遗嘱后，遗嘱人实施与遗嘱内容相反的民事法律行为的，视为对遗嘱相关内容的撤回。立有数份遗嘱，内容相抵触的，以最后的遗嘱为准。
