释义	成年子女抚养权是否可以变更要视情况而定：1.夫妻双方因为担心老无所依，在孩子已经成年并独立生活之后，自己没有抚养孩子，要求变更孩子的抚养权，法院一般不会受理。2.如果孩子已经成年，但是不具备独立生活的能力，比方说有身体上或者精神上的残疾，那么在一方具有抚养能力，另一方不适合继续抚养的情况下，可以要求变更抚养权。法律依据《关于人民法院审理离婚案件处理子女抚养问题的若干具体意见》第十二条、第十六条《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十四条
