释义	王女士与李某是在1994年10月以后以夫妻名义共同生活的，他们以夫妻名义同居的事实是发生在民政部1994年2月1日开始施行的《婚姻登记管理条例》以后，所以，根据《婚姻登记管理条例》的规定，他们构成非法同居关系。非法同居关系一旦发现，民政部门或者人民法院必须一律予以解除，对当事人提出批评教育，并可以根据有关规定，对同居的当事人进行相应的制裁。所以，王女士与李某只能通过法院解决，并且应将孩子抚养权及财产一并处理。
