法律分析：
劳动法没有规定员工必须有工龄工资没有的规定。对企业工资分配，规定应当遵循，实行，实行保护，工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高，国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。用人单位根据本单位的生产经营特点和经济效益，依法自主确定本单位的工资分配方式和工资水平。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第三十一条 用人单位应当严格执行劳动定额标准，不得强迫或者变相强迫劳动者加班。用人单位安排加班的，应当按照国家有关规定向劳动者支付加班费。
