释义	法律分析：不合法，劳动者有辞职的权利和自由，试用期内提前三天，正式期内提前三十天书面通知用人单位，到期即可离职。工厂规定若不符合法律规定，规定无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。所以，正式职工离职的话，要提前一个月书面申请辞职，但是也不是强制要求。
