释义	法律分析: 如果就业困难，没有生活来源，符合低保申请的条件，可向街道或居委会反映情况，两劳释放人员是可以办理低保等社会保障的。不过有的地方针对两劳释放人员有如下规定：家庭成员中有吸毒、赌博等违法行为的不能享受低保政策。如果申请人没有吸毒、赌博等违法行为，就可以与正常居民一样申请低保。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国监狱法》第三十七条对刑满释放人员，当地人民政府帮助其安置生活。刑满释放人员丧失劳动能力又无法定赡养人、扶养人和基本生活来源的，由当地人民政府予以救济。
