释义	据了解，《中华人民共和国审计法实施条例》已经2010年2月2日国务院第100次常务会议修订通过，这次修订后的《中华人民共和国审计法实施条例》被予以公布。修订后的条例，进一步明确了审计监督的范围，规范了审计监督权限，加强了对审计机关的监督。原条例为1997年公布。在修订后的条例中，所称违反国家规定取得的资产，除了包括原规定的违反国家规定向他人收取的款项、实物等，还增加了“有价证券”一项。(包兴安)
