释义	法律分析：保释金一般是在解除取保候审、变更强制措施或者执行刑罚的同时退还，根据我国法律的规定，如果被取保候审人在取保候审期间没有违反相关规定，也没有故意重新犯罪的，那么在解除被取保候审人取保候审、变更强制措施或者执行刑罚的同时，县级以上执行机关应当通知银行如数退还保证金，并书面通知决定机关。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第七十三条犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在取保候审期间未违反本法第七十一条规定的，取保候审结束的时候，凭解除取保候审的通知或者有关法律文书到银行领取退还的保证金。
