释义	我国大陆法定结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。我国婚姻法关于婚龄的规定，不是必婚年龄，也不是最佳婚龄，而是结婚的最低年龄，是划分违法婚姻与合法婚姻的年龄界限，只有达到了法定婚龄才能结婚，否则就是违法。法定婚龄不妨碍男女在自愿基础上，根据本人情况推迟结婚时间，为贯彻我国计划生育国策，婚姻法也鼓励晚婚晚育。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条：结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。
