释义	法律分析：只是单纯的被行政拘留的话，是不会影响参军报名的。但是，如果考虑到征兵政治审查工作规定的话，在政审的时候对你的档案审查发现如果你之前被行政拘留过，那么你将不会通过政审。法律依据：《征兵政治审查工作规定》第八条具有以下情形之一的公民，不得征集服现役。曾被刑事处罚、劳动教养、收容教育、行政拘留的；年满14周岁不满16周岁犯罪，依法不予刑事处罚的，或者年满16周岁不满18周岁有严重违法行为尚不够刑事处罚。
