释义	侵权责任的一般归责原则包括过错原则和无过错原则。过错责任原则一般是指，以行为人主观上的过错为承担民事责任的基本条件的认定责任的准则。无过错原则,指行为人只要给他人造成损失,不问其主观上是否有过错而都应承担的责任。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十五条，行为人因过错侵害他人民事权益造成损害的，应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错，其不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
