释义	根据《中华人民共和国监察法》第六十三条有关人员违反本法规定，有下列行为之一的，由其所在单位、主管部门、上级机关或者监察机关责令改正，依法给予处理： (一)不按要求提供有关材料，拒绝、阻碍调查措施实施等拒不配合监察机关调查的； (二)提供虚假情况，掩盖事实真相的； (三)串供或者伪造、隐匿、毁灭证据的； (四)阻止他人揭发检举、提供证据的； (五)其他违反本法规定的行为，情节严重的。
