释义	法律分析: 现如今我国没有嫖娼罪这一说。对卖淫嫖娼行为按现行的法律制度轻则只能依《治安治理处罚条例》，予以罚款，给予拘留。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
