释义	法律分析: 如果继子未与继父或继母共同生活，继子对继父或继母也未尽过赡养抚助义务的，则不能视为继子与继父母之间形成了扶养关系，继子就没有和亲生子女一样的法定继承权。如果继子与继父母形成了扶养关系，继子就享有和亲生子女一样的法定继承权。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十条父母和子女有相互继承遗产的权利。第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
