释义	一方赌博所欠的债务，属于一方个人不合理的开支，不属于夫妻共同债务的范围，因而应由债务人个人自行承担，另一方不承担偿还责任。夫妻关系存续期间夫或妻一方以个人名义在外面借钱或欠债的，或者一方以夫妻共同名义在外面负有债务的，但如果该债务不是用于夫妻共同生活的，这两种情况另一方在离婚时都不负有偿还义务。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零八十九条离婚时，夫妻共同债务应当共同偿还。共同财产不足清偿或者财产归各自所有的，由双方协议清偿；协议不成的，由人民法院判决。
