释义	法律分析：借条中的利息问题的处理： 1、如果双方当事人有约定的，按照约定处理利息问题； 2、如果双方当事人没有约定的，视为没有借款利息。当事人约定的利息不超过中国人民银行公布的金融机构同期的4倍的，受到法律保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十条借款的利息不得预先在本金中扣除。利息预先在本金中扣除的，应当按照实际借款数额返还借款并计算利息。《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百八十条禁止高利放贷，借款的利率不得违反国家有关规定。
