释义	法律分析: 视情况而定。在一定条件下，继父母与继子女之间和亲生子女的关系是一样的。继父母要求继子女履行赡养义务有一个前提，就是继父母曾经抚养了未成年继子女。父或母再婚后，未成年的或未独立生活的继子女与继父母长期共同生活，继父或继母对其进行了抚养教育，那么可以要求子女对其进行赡养。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十二条继父母与继子女间，不得虐待或者歧视。继父或者继母和受其抚养教育的继子女间的权利义务关系，适用本法关于父母子女关系的规定。
