不是，请记住一点，所有你家屋内的东西都不应该物业负责。这属于业主专有部分。在质保期内是应该有开发商和施工单位负责。在质保期外，只能是你自己承担。但是你可以请物业工程部去你家帮忙检查是什么原因导致的。
