释义	法律分析： 1、使用童工从事营利性生产劳动的，每使用一名童工，罚款600～1200元。2、使用童工从事家庭服务性劳动的，每使用一名童工，罚款300～600元。3、父母或者其他监护人允许少年、儿童做童工，经批评教育仍不改正的，罚款300～600元。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第九十四条用人单位非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人的，由劳动行政部门责令改正，处以罚款；情节严重的，由工商行政管理部门吊销营业执照。情节严重的，则依照〈中华人民共和国刑法〉定罪处罚。
