释义	美国L1签证即跨国经理人或跨国公司调派人员签证，通俗意义上讲即为中国有公司，并以中国公司的名义在美国成立分公司、子公司或附属公司，以跨国经理，主管或者技术人员的身份到美国去工作，去经营这个分公司，是一种工作签证。由于驻美原因是经营国内公司在美业务，因此美国是允许申请人有移民倾向的。L1签证每次有效期为1至3年，签证期满可申请延期。经理级人员最长可以在美国工作7年，特殊专业人材最长可在美国工作5年。对于刚来美国开设新公司的申请，移民局第一次一般只给1年时间，期满后再申请延期。
