释义	法律分析：一般与需要见证的事项没法律上利害关系，且为人公正的人可以做见证人。另外见证人不得是无民事行为能力人、限制民事行为能力人以及其他不具有见证能力的人。见证人不得是所立遗嘱之人的继承人、受遗赠人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十五条代书遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证，由其中一人代书，并由遗嘱人、代书人和其他见证人签名，注明年、月、日。第一千一百三十六条打印遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在遗嘱每一页签名，注明年、月、日。
