释义	法律分析：合同履行中会遇到不能取得发票或者取得的发票不符合约定的情况，如发票抬头不符、逾期开票、虚假发票等，严重的可能造成合同当事人的巨大经济损失。为减少发票问题所导致的损失，可以考虑在合同中约定，未提供合规发票导致损失的，如不能抵扣税款而造成的经济损失，应承担相应的违约赔偿责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十条规定：“销售商品、提供服务以及从事其他经营活动的单位和个人，对外发生经营业务收取款项，收款方应当向付款方开具发票;特殊情况下，由付款方向收款方开具发票。”
