释义	法律分析：租赁合同到期不续签继续租赁的，原合同继续有效。 1、当租赁合同到期后，双方未签订新租赁合约的，若租方又继续按使用租赁房屋，房东有未提出异议的，原租赁合同有效，双方都要继续履行原合同的约定，只是原合同的租赁期限改变为不定期。 2、如果不想租赁合同的期限变成不定期的，应当在租赁合同期限届满前，及时提出签订新的房屋租赁合同，重新约定明确的租赁期限。法律依据：《民法典》第734条租赁期限届满，承租人继续使用租赁物，出租人没有提出异议的，原租赁合同继续有效，但是租赁期限为不定期。
