台胞在大陆买房的惠台政策

近年来住房城乡建设部等部门不断出台相关政策解决广大台胞台企关于住房的需求： 1、在大陆工作、学习的台湾同胞可以按照相关政策规定，购买符合实际需要的商品房用于自用、自住。 2、大陆部分城市购买住房实施限购，台胞台企在这些城市购房也与当地市民一样，应符合当地政策规定。
法律依据：
国务院台办、国家发展改革委经商中央组织部等20个有关部门出台《关于进一步促进两岸经济文化交流合作的若干措施》 第十八条 持台湾居民居住证的台湾同胞在购房资格方面与大陆居民享受同等待遇。
