释义	法律分析：已经离职，如果属于当事人在职时的职务行为，通过离职交接清楚，通常不应该在当事人离职后追究责任。如果是当事人没有交接清楚，或者应该由当事人承担责任的，当事人没有在离职时处理或者交代，可以要求当事人继续承担，但是该种责任属于民事责任，如果过了民事诉讼时效，当事人无需再承担。如果属于违法犯罪行为，需要承担刑事责任的，当事人在刑事追诉时效内承担责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十八条向人民法院请求保护民事权利的诉讼时效期间为三年。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。
