夫妻离异后复婚算二婚吗？ |

不属于。复婚是指已经离婚的男女双方彼此自愿恢复夫妻关系，一起到婚姻登记处办理登记手续，重新确立婚姻关系的行为。复婚是共同有过婚姻关系的两人再次办理结婚登记，此时的对象是相同的，如果与不同的结婚对象结婚的则是再婚。

《中华人民共和国婚姻法》第十八条
。另外，做这种区分没有什么实际意义。无论是和前妻或前夫复婚还是和他人结婚形成二婚，夫妻间的权利义务在婚姻法上并无二致。只是第一次离婚时分割到的夫妻共同财产在复婚后成为了夫或妻的婚前个人财产，不是夫妻的共同财产。但是未成年子女抚养权的约定随着二人又结婚而变成无效约定了，孩子还是二人共同抚养。
有下列情形之一的，为夫妻一方的财产：
(一)一方的婚前财产；
(二)一方因身体受到伤害获得的医疗费、残疾人生活补助费等费用；
(三)遗嘱或赠与合同中确定只归夫或妻一方的财产；
(四)一方专用的生活用品；
(五)其他应当归一方的财产。
二、离婚复婚需要多长时间
离婚后复婚是没有时间限制的，当事人想什么时候复婚就什么时候去复婚。离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复夫妻关系的，必须到婚姻登记机关进行复婚登记。取得结婚证，即确立夫妻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。
