释义	撤销合同和违约当然不是一回事。撤销合同是指撤销权人因合同欠缺一定生效要件而向法院或者仲裁机构申请撤销该合同。合同违约是指违反合同债务的行为，亦称为合同债务不履行。两者是完全不同的两个概念。法律依据《民法典》第五百七十七条，当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
