法律分析：
子女对父母履行赡养义务,赡养是指子女在物质上和经济上为父母提供必要的生活条件,子女作为赡养人，应当履行对老年人经济上供养、生活上照料和精神上慰藉的义务，照顾老年人的特殊需要。儿女都有义务赡养父母根据法律规定，父母对子女有抚养教育的义务;子女对父母有赡养扶助的义务，前者并非后者的前置前提条件，父母即使没有对子女尽抚养义务，子女也应对父母尽赡养义务。

《中华人民共和国宪法》 第四十九条 成年子女有赡养扶助父母的义务。
